Who We Are

The Fair Food Company is a commercial enterprise that was spun off in late 2017 from the Fair Food Foundation, a not-for-profit entity that was established in 2001.

The Fair Food Company is a high-growth, early stage, Level 1 B-BBEE food business, with an inclusive, shared value ethos as the defining part of its DNA. Its core business is the processing and marketing of fresh produce which it sources from its anchor farms, its network of outgrower farmers supplemented from the fresh produce bulk vegetable markets. 

The Fair Food Company has 56 full time employees throughout its operations, including management. Its principle operations are currently located in Mariannhill, near Durban, where its HAACP processing facility is located and GlobalGAP farm that contributes to farmer training and the supply of produce.
