Food Service

The Fair Food Company services and supplies fresh bulk and fresh processed fruits and vegetables to Food Service clients and customers. Fresh vegetables are procured from our own contract farmers supported by our Foundation and grant partners, our own GlobalGAP farms and the Bulk Fresh produce markets. 

The Company has established itself as a dominant supplier of processed fruits and vegetables to KZN-based client, and supplies over 20 tons of vegetables per week to clients including Toyota, FedicsKZN, Bell Equipment, RBM and Sodexo, restaurants, hospitality, hospitals & old age homes.
Our HACCP certified facility is critical to ensuring orders are packed to high food safety standards. We are currently completing our 2020/21 certification and strive to ensure that food safety and quality will not be compromised 

Certification of our farm, our farmers and our opperations including Quality Control systems at our factory are paramount to ensuring our people and our product are safe and compliant. We offer over 20  Select Cuts of fresh vegetables and fruits, whether its diced, sliced, cubed, or more adventurous Julienne, Macedone, Brunoise or Paysanne cuts, we will oblidge to your very requirement. 

We also  supply over 85 product lines of the freshest quality bulk vegetable and friut supply from Potatoes to Edible Flowers sourced from our farmers, bulk markets and specialist suppliers.
