The Fair Food Company has the capacity to handle over 10t per day at the Mariannhill processing facility. Product is thoughtfully sourced from our farmers and market agents and is required to meet strict standards. Our new High-care ‘super factories’ are planned for operation in 2020 in Gauteng and KZN and will collectively add approximately 6000m2 of high quality processing facility space. Quality control is a critical component for our business and customers. We have a SGS audited and certified HACCP and FSA food processing facility.

Our fleet of refrigerated vehicles are fitted with camera track and management systems, and all our cargo is insured in transit en-route to our customers. We strive to maintain a secured coldchain from our farms to our factory to your door - bringing you fresher food with a higher quality and shelf life.

Our team of 52 staff are passionate about our vision and mission. We ensure teams receive appropriate food handling training and safety skills training.  Our office administration, finance, farming and manufacturing teams are geared to customer service and quality without compromise.
